In one example the company collaborated with a global pharmaceutical company to enhance its IT service desk. Slow times to resolve issues, high costs of supporting the client, and a below average user satisfaction were the issues that the client was exposed to. Capgemini delivered agentic and generative AI which had seen 20 percent of the handling time improvement on average, a better user satisfaction and an automation of 80 percent of service desk activities. The number of operational cost was reduced by 40%.

The launch of the Resonance AI Framework builds on Capgemini’s long-term AI strategy. Over the past two years, the company has invested heavily in internal capability development and partner ecosystems.
